To Rate a Recipe
The following points should be considered before rating a recipe ,
- The recipe should be clear, correct, short and readable
a. Ingredients should be easily available
b. Measures should be given clearly
c. Method should be in very easy language
d. Number of Serves clearly given
e. Serving direction should be mentioned(Garnishing, serving hot or cold, portioning)
- The product quality should be good.
- Nutritional value of the product
- The recipe should be very less time consuming and economical
- Recipe time shoul be mentioned whether suitable for Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner/After or Before Lunch/dinner
- Estimation of the total cost
